Refund policy

• Return packages must postmarked within the 15 days following delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns must be received in new condition; unused, clean.
• Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
• If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
• Final sale or holiday items cannot be returned for a refund.
• Dirt & Dog Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*Returns will be refunded the full amount minus shipping costs.
